Since these transactions were so bad and my feedback recieved was a result of leaving honest feedback
about my experience. I decided to make a website page to inform everyone of the events and maybe start a new trend
where Ebay is starting to lose control and us the honest buyers and sellers are being victimized!!!!
Here it goes:
It all started on March 14th with a winner bid on Item 1,
a 2x4 banner from banners unlimited located out of Maine, that I thought would be great for an upcoming
event I had and what could be better than a banner for $1.98 shipped!!!
Once I was informed I won the auction I asked for the invoice as instructed. When I recieved
the first invoice it asked me to pay $7.95. Approx 6 dollars more than my winning bid.. I called bannersUnlimited
with the number given from the auction page and spoke to Clarence about the item and the wrong price on the invoice that was
sent. He corrected it (so i thought) and took my CC number to purchase the banner telling me it as a total of $1.98.
Which was the auction agreement, he stated he would ship it out that day(March 14th)!! GREAT!!! I thought. So with feeling
confident in talking with him thinking it was going to be ok and work out and I got a good deal, so a couple days later
I tried to win another and i did same price!! I was thrilled!!!
So now I had two which I had won and 1 was already on the way from a couple days ago. I won
the new one and when i was informed i won i just called Clarence at banners unlimited to pay that same day again but faild
to make contact, I got the machine, I left a message and asked for a return phone call(never got one in the 3 weeks).
so I went on to call him the next four days and no return call which stated 48 hour return call from customer service and
also a call from custom service upon winning to arrange for payment(which should be within 3days, stated by auctin page
so I was trying to keep with the instruction being the honest ebayer i am). So a week went by a couple more calls no
response emailed him about 4 times no response on that either. He did however manage to respond to feedbacks for others
on ebay between the times i have called an emailed. Not responding to any of my attempts to contact him..
I received an email about 2 weeks later stating he was going to get back to me with info on everything
he was at that time checking on orders i was written. Last I heard from him...
I called again this time a different number and it was his cell he answered!! AWESOME!!! so we spoke
for about 3 minutes he told me my item shipped a week ago, I expressed that he told me it shipped 3 weeks ago when i paid,
he said oh yeah it did i think the next day though. So not liking that response and the lengthy shipping( I didnt recieve and have not till this day April 1st, 2007.) I asked him if it was ok we cancel my
second order since this was the first time I was able to make contact with him to even attempt to pay for the second item
won, he agreed to cancel but then left bad feeedback saying i received the item which i never even paid for.. He left bad
feedback because i gave him bad feedback on the first order(never recieved and no call backs) and after leaving me appropriate
feedback on my first purchase, which i paid for the same day as I always do and was complete honest as I am with all transactions,
he couldnt change it so what is the next best thing leave the bad feedback on the item we agreed over the phone to cancel..
I called my credit card company and it was charged the $7.95 from bannersunlimited as you can see
my auction won were for 1.98 even if you add them together they still dont = $7.95. It is not even the money now just
principle. I never even recieved anything in the mail yet!!
So TO SUM IT UP, I PAID RIGHT AWAY THE AMOUNT AGREED ON, HE CHARGED MY CARD 6 DOLLARS TOO MUCH,
NEVER RECIEVED ITEM TODAY APRIL 1ST PAID FOR ON MARCH 14TH AND TODAY IS APRIL 1ST. I COULD HAVE WALKED THERE AND PICKED
IT UP BY NOW..
ITEM TWO AFTER 9 PHONE CALLS(he also turned the machine off after about 13 days of trying to conatc
him, so no one could leave a message either) AND SEVERAL EMAILS AND NO RETURN CONTACT WHICH AGAIN THE INVOICE HE SENT
ME WAS OVER THE ACTUAL AMOUNT WON JUST A COUPLE DOLLARS THIS TIME THOUGH BUT HEY? IT IS NOT WHAT WAS STATED IN THE AUCTION...
SO THI ITEM WHICH I RECEIVED BAD FEEDBACK WE AGREED TO CANCEL OVER THE PHONE...
I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THIS SELLER AND WOULD SUGGEST YOU AVOID HIS BUSINESS AS YOU SEE FROM OTHER
BUYERS TOO IT IS GOING DOWN..
This is my side of the actions and events that took place with this seller, I do have paper work
to back this up from my CC company and invoices sent from seller..
I am pretty much done with buying on ebay as the scams and trust is going way down and never know
what is going to happen with each purchase!!!
thank you for reading and suggest if you recieve bad feedback because you left appropriate
negative feedback, do what i, did let people know. ebay gives us a certain number of chracters to respond but the damage
is done and the purpose to hurt somes rating because they mesed up just makes them even less of a person and porr businesss
ethics.. making the honest person an unneeded victim...

I would take this guy to court and no problems stating this under oath and if my CC is charged again
by him I will be pressing fraud charges as per my CC company they stated submiting an unagreed amount or wrong amount
on purpose without permission to take advantage is a felony..
I felt this was important so beaware.. I took my time out for you the buyer to not have what
happened to me. Maybe 2 bad isolated incidents?? Maybe not? Check the other feedback from buyers, not sellers.
